am facing a problem l can not able wake up immediately l feel something pressing me after 2 to 3mins only l feel realized. Its not a daily issue but l feel sometimes. How to come out of this problem kindly help me please.

That is not uncommon, a lot of people have it. Your body does not quite wake up from dreaming the way other people is does. It is not a bad thing, it is just unusual. Do not worry about it.
