Today I am worrying about everything and l hate it!l felt low all weekend and l just wish l could have a high day now.How are you feeling?

l feel the same way. except those high days are few and far between,

l do not really worry about stufff, but l think of things that will go wrong alot esp before l go to bed, so l do not sleep a lot.

Im not bipolar, but what l suffered from some would call a depression. And what kept me going is that every time l felt bad l would think about all the people who have it a lot worse then me. For instance, u might of been called a name today.. but there r children out there who have cancer & r about to die, & their whole family must be going through hell. Think about what u would care about on ur death bed.. l get mad because im tired & dont want to clean my house, but really, on my death bed.. am l going to be thinking.. dang! l wish l had a cleaner house in life!.

Keh. So far, I've had a looooong string of low days. Depression, depression, depression. However, l am hoping my high day is coming up tommorow. That is what keeps me going all the time: the low days do not go on forever. :)

To cheer myself up, l think of the people l love, and all the happy times I've had with them. Think happy! :)

l am not bi-polar but l feel fine. Any mental illness is caused by an imbalance of the right lobe of the brain and the left lobe. Find a technique tru your mind to how to balance the two together.

i'm swinging from highs to lows lately. But, that is because l did not take my meds for about 2 weeks. (Do not ask me why l quit taking them at first. l just decided not to one day. typical, right?)

i feel sorta numb right now. but, l was crying all last week. l think l feel a manic state coming on. but, l did take my meds last night. so, maybe l can catch it before it gets bad.

Atm l am taking a mood stabilizer & and an anti-deppressant, & l just feel kind of well normal lol!
Havent really had any major ups or downs for a while now,
but what really annoys me is that when l get the littlest bit happy or hyper, someone l no starts askin r u ill? Are u going mad again??
Its enough to drive u mad!
So l feel like l sort of have to try & show little or no emotion to this person, especially when l AM happy it is like they do not mind when Im down!!
How stupid is that??
l guess some people just find bipolar hard to understand!

l felt awful this morning - like l just wanted to run away from everything. But when l got to school and chatted to my mates, l felt really good, Just a few moments of worry, nothing major. I've been on bipolar meds for 1 1/2 years. It helps, but my family (immediate) is not supportive. They destroy the house and l can not keep up with it. l think that causes me most of my stress.
