l have been taking all 3 but wanna try to just take one and see if it helps. St Johns is the cheapest and l keep reading that all of them should help with depression etc.It is harmful to take all 3 or should l just try one at a time and see what works?

l would try 1 at a time st john wort for depression and the 5 htp at night for sleep as the 5 htp may help your sleep more but also 5 htp isreally good for both so maybe you should just try 5 htp you may find 5 htp helps depression and sleep as you get a deeper sleep with 5 htp so you are less tired thru day which helps depression
