l am in college, so granted l do go to bed at midnight or 1 am almost everyday.However, l do get a full 8-9 hours of sleep on the weekdays, and on the weekends l always sleep in till at least 1 pm..so l get like 15 hours of sleep on the weekends.
I am ALWAYS tired no matter what.What should l do?

go to sleep earlier or if you dont want to you need more than 8-9 hours you need like 11 hours

Well there is such a thing as oversleeping. Oversleeping can also make you very tired. It sounds like you're suffering from fatigue though, which is can be caused by many things. Ex. overexertion, mental stress, working, school, over/under stimulation, even boredom.

ur body must need sleep. l suggest meditating. have u been feeling overwhelmed with school work or something? do u hang around a lot of people & r always in a big group? u could be either an introvert (you get drained after being around a lot of people) or u could be (i dont know u so l can not tell) but u could be on the borderline of depression? that is what happened to me. i'd sleep & sleep & still be tired. l think u should go to bed earlier (or at least try to..) & get on a routine b/c oversleeping will make u tired.

its because your sleepin to much try getting a littl less sleep.
