This happens to me a lot before and actually l think this is one of the reasons why im not feeling well... anyway, the feeling that l know that what my mind is saying is not real but l can not control myself not to believe it.. for example, my friend is having fun with other ''friends'' and my first instinct is im being left out or l feel like those friends likes my friend more than me..i dont wanna believe it bcoz its not right, but l just can not control myself... what do you think is that feeling? are u familiar with dat??

Sounds like a slash of paranoia. Its a just small depression in life. What l suggest is to chill, enjoy life, try to relax with a nice book. You gotta keep your mind calm. Im sure if you succeed your physical health will also.

There is nothing ''wrong'' with you.
We all feel unworthy sometimes.
l suspect a tinge of panranoia & low self-esteem.
You r feeling needy because of an obvious ''put down''.
Some-one, somewhere has hurt u & u need to get over it.
Continued feelings like this r a sign of depression.
ANd we all get depressed so please do not think u r ill or in need of therapy. You can get back ur confidence & happiness simply by thinking happy thoughts. Focus on what makes u smile & find some-one who is inspiring to hang around (do not let age be a barrier).
Have u ever read any self-help books? These can sometimes put u in a better frame of mind. Whatever u do dear please do not dwell or worry about things. Life is too short to worry. Smiles & hugs
