l feel down if someone really upsets me l tend to not care what l eat and stuff myself l notice how do l change this.l cannot seem to help it l am a sensitive person l internalise things too much

It is always hard to be a sensitive person, and l know that when im upset, l eat food too. The thing you have to remember when your upset is to look at it from the persons point of view and think how they feel about it. As for the eating part, next time you're upset, just think that it is not going to help anything, and if you feel like you need to eat (which is totally fine) just eat a little bit of that food.
