Whenever you start to procrastinate, mentally slap yourself and do whatever it is your procrastinating.

l do not really know how to over come it, because l do it myself. But, l have learned to not be so scared to take risks. It is double standarded, just because some choices r made better when u sit on them for a while, & then others, it is better to make the decision right then. As far as myself, l wade out between decisions l need some time on & others l don't. If something inside tells me not to, but yet l have someone influencing me to, l let them know l need some time. Try using a timer. Set short goals for yourself. 15 - 30 minute goals. Focus all your energy on your task and try to get it done before the timer goes off. Kind of like a race! Once the timer goes off, stop what you're doing and take a break. Go do something else for awhile. If you did not finish your task, come back to it again later.

This really helps me to stay focused, but also gives me some time to clear my head. Good luck!

l am a totally procrastinator, too & I've found the biggest thing is to deal with everything as it arrives, but only one task at a time. Getting overwhelmed is what tends to throw me into procrastination. Prioritize ur tasks & make notes reminding yourself to do something on a particular date & time, if u cannot do it right away. Do not ever toss something aside & say '' l will do it later''. Have a plan. I've found that really helps me. It does not come naturally, though, so l constantly have to remind myself. Good luck!

Well l have yet to figure it out. l still wait to the last minute on everything.

Only set small goals that are easy to accomplish.
When you finish something you had to do reward yourself.
Ex: After l finish.. l will be able to watch TV.
