My boyfriend is cutting and l want him to stop, i've told him to stopbut now he wont talk he will be there but is just silent , l didnt attack him or anything l just told him that l loved him and l dont want him to hurt himself. But now its all he does he goes home and sits in his room cuts himself and plays computer. l asked him what he wants to do as a career ( we talk about it alot) and before he had a ton of aspirations but now he doesnt wanna be anything. Please help !

Tell him to do it properly - tell him to ''cut down the road, not across the street.''

That will end his cutting.

you really need to get him some help, unfortunantly that person cant be you. Talk to his parents, or someone at school. They will know who to contact. l know it sucks, but he really does need help before its too late.

your already doing pretty good by telling him That you love him but just do not tell him if he cuts that you will break up/ not talk to him. he cant stop for you he has to stop for himself and want to stop.
