l take Ativan nightly for sleep aid and for anxiety PRN. l was wondering what your experiences were like while taking this med. l have beentaking it for 10-12 months and my main experiences were that it does get rid of the vivid nightmares/dreams that l suffer from, but it makes me cottonmouth and l constantly have to be drinking something.

yes dry mouth can be a side effect l guess weigh the pros and cons. try eating hard candy. or xanax is another med that may help

Ativan has help me with my anxiety tremendously, however, it does give me cotton mouth BIG TIME!! LOL!
