l have kind of isolated myself from a lot of people including my family for a long time now.. l am always in this little world of mine and of course my family has no idea what is going on in me.. in fact they all think that I am living my life normally and have spending my days with friends that is why I am not very close to them anymore.. When in fact l have been so absorbed w/ my self & prob for a couple of months now.. that is why.

l always think to myself that ''do not worry mom dad l promise l will get back to you any time soon'' when l finally understand myself and try to step out frm this shadow l still feel like im in there... you know? its just im used talking to myself a lot in the head its normal to me now that is why even if l try to reach out its like im still in the shadow.

There could be many possibilities. Recently l just did a report on PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder). Have u had any difficulties in ur life? For example, abuse, being in an accident, or dealing with a horrifying situation?? if u did, u could be suffering from the symptoms of PTSD. l have this disorder myself. It makes a person feel totally down, & guilty & sad for stuff they did not even do! Or, maybe its depression.
Its hard not to focus on yourself sometimes (trust me l KNOW) just do some things that make u focus on other people. Even though u may want to reject yourself from friends & family - force yourself to become a little more social.
Not to mention the fact that u may just becoming a little more independent. Its a weird feeling to become independent. It takes time to adjust to it too. Trust me, l know how it all feels.

Find a stranger on line, boyfriend, or girlfriend to talk too. Someone u can trust. Talk to them about ur problems & u will get threw this. A stranger that u can use is pick ur best answer & then IM them & ask if they r will to talk to u & help u threw ur problems!
