Yup, it made a completely different person out of me. l used to have lots & lots of self-confidence. l was happy & perky & outgoing. Then l lost it. l do not know where it went, but l want it back. l just do not feel like l am the person on the outside that l am on the inside. On the inside, l am outgoing & flirty & bold. But l just can not get myself to actually show it outwardly because l am afraid l will be rejected or made fun of in some way.

yes, absolutely. You need to lose ur high expectation on everything including ur competitiveness on how to win somebody. For example, do not try so hard to become no.1 top student in the class or no.1 employee in a work place. Everything is based on nature. When it is the time for u to get it, yes, u can always to get achievement even though during ur bad day.
Low expectation can bring ur thinking become pure, be a passion person. Also, u r needed to be more motivated by ur family & friends as well, u can never survive without integrate with people surround you. Thank what l can share with you. l used to be arrogance, reckless, & overconfidence person. After l met somebody, l realized that l am not that clever. so start to change ur behavior before it is too late to acknowledge

Yes definitely. When l was fat l was confident and happy. When l was anorexic l was permanently stressed, embarassed, shy, reclusive etc. NO confidence. felt like everyone was watching me/critisizing me etc.
