from nowere l start feeling that im gaging to much then randomly for the past week l started feeling like am going to trhow up and l actully run to the batrhoom and think try but l havent puked yet. now im scared for some odd reason that if l go to school am going to emberssed myself, teh feeling to trhow up scared me, and im scared am going to trhow up every day. l dont know whats wrong with me, l dont smoke, drink or any other drugs. my med record is that l do have bad axiety whihc l have been hospitlized and l have ocd and some fear problems but the trhowing up situation l dont get?
am notmaking myself puke, l couldntr do that if every depends on it, the feelign scareds the hell out of me, put some hrs makes me feel good but then it hits me and l get scared and try to rush home and after l while it goes a bit away, l sleep perfectly fine, eating is no big deal except before or while im at school.

look just tell urself l am not going to throw up in ur head for as long as it takes l am a professional doctor l know the name is weird but still l am telling the truth please just do what the doctor asked

the throwing up is a result of anxiety and fear. you hold it in your stomach. remember to breathe and try your best to relax, and know that this too shall pass

Ok, r u taking any new meds. l once took something that had me feeling like l had to use the restroom every minute.

If the answer is no then here is another thing l can share. If you've puked recently like for weight-loss or what-ever the reason . then u will get the feeling like u got to go & vomit often, but it will disappear after a while. As long as u hold yourself from actually puking.

If u have all those other issues u probably have a lott of stress too!!! l know when l am having a rough time l get weird stomach aches & headaches as well. l would talk to a doctor & maybe get on some kinda anxiety Rx & talk to a counselor. As far as being afraid to get sick at school, who cares its not like none of them have ever got sick before. Right? If yourembarrassedd just say u think u ate something & go home!!!
