One year ago, l was diagnosed with clinical depression.Now I've been diagnosed with extreme school anxiety.My life seems totally hopeless, and suicidal thoughts have entered my mind constantly.My mom keeps pushing me (mentally) to go to school and have a normal life.My life is great and all, but at the end of the day, l feel totally hopeless.l do not have any energy to push myself, and l do not know how much longer l can go.

Anxiety is hard to live with. ask me. But it will get better.
l have been there. Anxiety needs to be distracted.. end of the day is worse? Too much time to think. Not that its alot of time but ur not distracted at that time. l had to constantly tell my self l was ok. Not in my head but l cupped my hand & told myself in my ear. Calms you. Centers you. Negative thoughts all the time takes some counter active thoughts.... good words from YOU to you. Not from others. You know others love you. But u get self absorbed & can not ingrain what they say. Just try it!!!
