im stressed out im use to working and im ajusting to stay home with kids but its hard cuz im use to being at work and my husband doesnt want me to work so its hard l try to exercise but l still feel stressed out my kids do not listen most of the time to me..

First of all, u need some time for just you. You did not say how old ur children are, but if they r younger, find a babysitter & go shopping. If money is tight, just go window shopping, or whatever it is u like to do. Secondly, take some classes on child-rearing. You need to be in control & ur children should be listening to you. l think once u feel back in control, u will feel much better. Thirdly, make sure u treat ur husband like a boyfriend -- l have been married for 38 years & still ask myself everyday ''would l want to come home to me?'' If u treat ur husband like u did when u were dating, u will be amazed at the relationship u will have -- u will look forward to him coming home, & when the kids r driving u crazy, just think about tonight & what fun u can have with ur husband -- let ur imagination run wild.
