l think only u can answer that :P Why do u think u might be in a bad mood? Do what l do, write a list to yourself, as honestly as u possibly can. Then make a plan to change it.

It might just be that somebody has pissed u off, & now you're carrying it around like a sack of bricks. l have to make a mental effort sometimes not to do that :P

Consider things like; too much caffiene? Not enough or too much sleep? Not enough ralaxation or 'downtime' for ur brain? A massage.a big chocolate cake.a girly night out to the movies with friends (or a guys night out, whatever :))

Is there one person or situation that regularly crops up & irritates you? If so, try thinking about how u can guide & handle this situation or person better to minimise ur own stress.

Maybe u need to cut down ur hours at work, or go to bed earlier (sounds like ur Mum, l know, but it worked for me. l started going to bed earlier in the evening & suddenly felt a lot healthier & happier.)
