l always feel like I am on the run from someone or l feel nervous when l shouldn't.l have trouble looking people in the eye or even having a normal conversation.

you are paranoid. l think if this gets really serious go to a doctor or a counsellor

You should try to think back on the time this first happened to you. l find that a lot of times this happens to people becaus someone very close to them has hurt them in some way, or have given them a reason to not trust others. Once you think about this, try to say to yourself. not everyone has to make me feel this way. or why dont l give this person a chance. more than likely they just want conversation. they're not out to get you ;) good luck

It sounds like you could have paranoid personality disorder
l would advise going to a doctor or phsychiatrist about your paranoid feelings, it can be treated easily
