Over the summer a friend died. She was not a close friend, but a friend from school in Spain.
It hit me really really hard. l do not even know why. We were not that close! l think partially it was because l was back in the US and l could not talk to anyone about it.
Now I am back at school, and l thought l was okay. But l checked out a book from the library, called the Lovely Bones? Its about a girl who gets murdered. It was recommended to me by a Spain-friend, the girl who passed is best friend. For the whole night after l read it, l could not stop crying about Margo (the girl who passed.)
l read the whole book in an afternoon, and was really disturbed by it.
This was like a month ago. And ever since then, and even before that, l feel like all my emotions are right on top. l got a bad grade, and almost burst into tears. And it was not even about the grade! Everything triggers me into these emotional things. l have not told anyone, because l do not want pity.
l just wanna know whats up. Is it school stress? Is it just adolescence? Or is it roll-over from Margo is death?
Am l depressed? l do not feel depressed. l just feel extremely overwhelmed sometimes. Often. Every little thing can overwhelm me. Whats wrong?

If you want peace and happiness, there is a simple method. Think good and positive. Talk good things l mean never talk about negatives. Act as per your thinking and talking. Your triple action of (1) thinking, (2) Talking and (3) Action should be matching and homogeneous. If you are able to maintain this standard in your life, it will definitely help.
