l made a list about the things l did wrong and that l dont like about myself and what l do like about myself and l only like 1 thing about me, so the list was 12-1 =/
what should l do to feel better and all?any help, advice?anything

why do not you get those other 12 things you did not like about your self and just make them right in the future ''c''mon new yrs is almost here so make it better for the year 2009''!

Simple,my friend..change the things you do not like about yourself to things you do like. Do one at a time,and eventually you will have a list of all good qualities.

look for more postive things about yourself..
do something that makes you happy.take a walk, talk to a friend, do something to get yourself thinking postivley and will boost your self esteem.
