l dnt understand, l feel that am isolated, no one cares or understands me. l feel that l am loosing friends and family relations and this is like stressing me out. l am really confused and sad but l can not pin point what is causing this feeling.

You have nothing giving u purpose! You could have anxiety which could be why u r getting so annoyed. You can talk with ur physician about that. It is hard to put into words ( l know) but mutter out whatever u can. Dr is r good at piecing the puzzle together. Also get a juicy novel to read. That can give u something u r excited about. Sometimes we put off the best thing we can do until last! Get out the Gospel (new testament) start with John & work ur way around.
