Just take a step back, and look at your situation from a outside perspective. If not take a anti-depressant and go to therapy it cant hurt.

Writing it all down on a piece of paper or a journal and letting it all out then burning it. so you wont have to read it over and over and feel more pain. or even talkin to someone who will listen and be there for you 100%. l have only found one friend who lets me grieve and is still there in the end for me and thats all you need.

Solitude. No joke. Sometimes to heal yourself, you need to be by YOURSELF. l promise this helps. Occasionally, you may want to confide in someone. By all means, do so, but make sure you are confiding is someone you trust. l know it sounds crazy, but sometimes we just need to be alone to take ourselves away from every day crap, and in time, we heal ourselves.

Just stop doing the things you were doing before, stop listening to emotional songs and do new things that you feel that will make you happy and free like swimming, playing games with friends.

Time. The human mind is very powerful but it still suffers in time of distress or grief. As time passes, u will learn to deal with the problems that have caused ur pain. The one thing that l do want to stress to u is do not let anyone tell u that u should not be hurting after a certain amount of time. Everyone has to deal with emotional pain in their own manner & in their own time.
If u r able to talk to some one about what is bothering u that may help. But, it should be someone who is really going to be able to understand what u r dealing with.
If it is grief then my professional advice would be to seek a professional that u can talk to. It does not have to be a psychologist.
