What do you believe is worse?Occasional physical abuse or daily, vicious verbal abuse over a prolonged number o years?

l think they're at least equal, but l feel like verbal abuse is not taken seriously enough.

For me, verbal abuse is worst in the fact that it sticks with you. Physical abuse is numbing.

they are equal in my opinion the scares from physical abuse will go away but the mental scares stay in both cases. You are correct verbal abuse is not taken serious enough.

well if its from a parent l would say verbal because no child wants to think their parents do not love them. physical abuse is bad and all but you can forget about a hit.
