Ive been having these weird dreams the last 2 nights the first one was l was like being possessed and felt drugged up and in it l fell off my bed in the nightmare but not literally and some how got back in my bed in this l kept blacking out and at the end of the dream l was getting chocked and woke up shortly after. this happened about an hour not even after l fell asleep. the second dream was l was in my bed and l had the feeling something was in my room this time it was near my ceiling at the corner of my room and l was like in the nightmare waking up out of the nightmare but still l the nightmare when l woke up l went back in a second later then half way threw the nightmare l felt some one like get on my back. and l woke up out of my nightmare but still in it then l fell back into the nightmare and l was like frozen trying to scream for my brother and all l could do it breath and move my fingers like l was paralyzed. this one was like an hour after l fell asleep two. and also they seemed so real when l was in it.. some one help me please

l have had the same dreams, they are called Night terrors and l do not know how to deal with them. you can also experience dream paralysis which is the sensation you cant move. do not watch scary movies before bed and do not eat spicy greasy food.
