Why am I so tired all the time

l go to bed between 9-11 and wake up around 5:45, but I am so tired. l sleep through my alarm clock and l drag until lunch. (l eat breakfast too.) And l used to run everyday but now l can not because I am so exhausted l do not have the energy to.

The other day my teacher asked what was wrong and l said it was extremely hot in his room. He said he was cold, so he came and felt me and said l could be coming down with something. But I am have not gotten sick yet. Just a few sneezes here and there from allergies. l get hot and cold all the time, yesterday l was hot all day, and today l was freezing all day.

Why else could l be so tired? Am l not eating right? l know l do not get enough fruits and veggies, l basically just eat junk food then go to sleep and sleep through dinner.

If u notice how tired u are, it is probably indicative of a problem. the best advice is to see ur doctor & answer all questions honestly. without much information, it is hard to tell u what MIGHT be wrong. for example, without knowing whether or not u r sexually active, one might think it is an STD or virus. or, without knowing u travelled to a third world country, someone might not consider a disease that people sometimes get when they go to that country.

you might just not be getting enough sleep. who knows? (your doctor)

talk to ur doctor. if it is bugging you, there is something going on.

well junk food helps , also maybe you are getting too much sleep.

Going to the doctor to rule out any illnesses would be the first thing you need to do. Being tired could be a symptom of several different things, but you need to see the GP first. From there after some simple blood test your GP might suggest a psychiatrist to rule out depression . Good Luck Reggie
Also you do not indicate if you are exercising that may help with sounder sleep, also go to sleep at a set time and get up daily at a set time

l think the eating junk food, going to bed and sleeping right through dinner might be the prob. Fruits and veggies are where all your natural energy comes from. All those junks foods are filled with false energy that is very short lived, but will stay with your waist line forever if you keep going to bed with it. AND.Besides the better you treat your self, the better you will feel. You can put yourself on a natural high just from being healthy and good to you.
