okay l think l have this ocd thing im always imagining clouds going across my head in and out l am always picturing that in my head about the clouds going in my head out the other way what can l do to stop l try not to pay attention but is this like a compulsion it is making me think ofe the clouds moving in and out of my head what do l do?????

Every time you think of this, do something else to get it off your mind ( l suggest watching something funny).

Well you can not really stop it. I'd go to the doctor's.it might be more serious than you think.

well it seems to be very annoying and believe me l would know. l have OCD also and its sucks man! But l am taking medication and l think its starting to help me, l also go to therapy but mines bad. l think you should maybe see a therapist OCD can really get to the better of us, if you want further advice you can email me sbrrx3.com

Just think of it if it relaxes you but if it is annoying then try thinking of a song then you get that stuck in your head and you think of that.
