everything that l going wrong in my life all come to a head at this time of month. l jus feel so sad and like l cant even explain it to anyone cos im feeling so messed up.
my boyfrend is gone strange he jus seems to smoke blow all the time and he lives in england
my best frend is gone to australia(emigrated)
work is hard to get up for.
l feel so miserablecould some one plz help :(:(:(

l hate PMS..
l just sit and cry, and think of all the bad things in my life, and feel sorry for myself..
l just feel like everyone hates me when its that time of the month.
My main releiver is chocolate, l just sit and eat melted chocolate and it help me relax. But nothing gets rid of the horrible depressing feeling of PMS :( x
