that leads me to hiper ventualating and feeling like im going to die..
in the past l did use drugs just marjuana but l dont think thats the problem l just get these feelings like im going to die and l get realy stressed out about it

Sounds like a combination of anxiety and a little depression. Go to the Dr (talk to your parents too). Get some help. You can probably manage these symptoms with meds.

Sometimes we let our imagination run away from us thinking what if this what if that when in reality if we go outside the sky is not going to fall in and the chances of getting attacked by a serial killer are very low. So when you start getting these panic attacks use some logic and thing what are the chances of something actually happening also slow your breathing down and relax.
