l have been noticing when l get depressed or upset or stressed that the room will start spinning or l will get dizzy. Im not sure what the cause could be. Any ideas?Also lately l have been thinking l might be bipolar.When me and my wife or anyone else for the matter get into a little arguement it seems like l cannot control myself from flipping out and yelling and saying all kinds of things l dont mean. l have tried my hardest to cotrol it but it seems uncontrollable.Usually right after that happens l get depressed and start crying and wishing l was dead. Ocassionally that will be followed by me flipping out and yelling and everything again.Sometimes that cycle will repeat itself a few times before l start to feel normal again.Is that a sign of bipolar, me being crazy, depression, or temper problems, or anything else you know of?

The room spinning could be caused by a number of things- from hyperventilating to a psychological response to stress.

l would not say your temper issues sound like bipolar. They do sound like you have some problems with anger, counseling could probably help you learn how to deal with it. l used to have similar temper issues, and counseling has helped alot. :) -Neb

These are all of aggression, and of psychological responses to stimulus of environments that you do not like. For example, there are times when you are hyperventilating, or your brain is just so caught up with various episodes that you're not able to consider other things.

You should seek the help of a qualified psychologist or therapist that would be able to help you with your issues.

l would suggest that you keep a journal about your feelings.

l do not think u sound as if u have bipolar disorder. Depression, contrary to popular belief, is not just sadness. It can also present with anger among other emotions. It sounds more like you're just depressed.

l would suggest u go to a psychiatrist or psychologist to get a proper diagnosis & start therapy. Medication may not be necessary, & l would not recommend it unless you've tried therapy first & it is not helping.

Stress, depression, & other emotions may also have physical symptoms, which can include things like dizziness.

(By the way, the proper term is ''mentally ill not ''crazy''. ''Crazy'' can be seen as derogatory or demeaning).

That is ''energy imbalance''. l took some courses about that when l studied Shiatsu.That science speaks well about that. My friend is husband was like that, & sorry to say, they got divorced, as he could not control his temper.
Take some Magnesium+calcium supplements, until u have time to consider what shiatsu is. It helps for depression
Also eat well, have ur balanced nutrition everyday, with not excessive quantity of proteins or carbohydrates. Have fruits & vegetables. Does ur wife cook well? that is essential.

And do not forget to do some exercise when u feel that room spinning coming to you. You can also run out to the fresh air, that helps alot, thus avoiding conflict too.

Room spinning could be anxiety too. When you get upset could you try walking away and taking some time to cool down so you do not blow up? l agree counceling would be a good thing to do. But also make sure you are staying healthy, eating right, sleeping, getting enough exercise and having time to relax, these are all important for your mental health.

l agree with Acerah, you're depressed. How about seeing a doctor for some help with it? Your wife will appreciate it l am sure.
