I've taken 6 'Valerian Root' capsules today.
The instructions say: only take 2 a day, do not exceed the stated dose.
l took 4 capsules when l was half asleep 'cos l was crying a lot, and having a breakdown 'cos my cousin was playing loud music and l could not sleep.

My hands are clammy, cold and shaking. l can not stop rocking, and l feel really cold.
Can Valerian do this? Or am l just going completely crazy?

My doctor wo not give me pills (anti depressants?) 'cos l have have suicidal thoughts and I am bad with pills, obviously. And the doctors is closed.

(l have no-one to talk to right now. My mum is on holiday and my friends are busy.)

What should l do now???

you should probably go to like a walk in clinic and see what they can do for you. l would imagion like any other thing its possible to od l would get yourself checked out

l have asked my doctor about side effects when she told me to take them. She said that there were none except for possible bad breath because those things smell like mold.
The rocking and clamminess is likely due to your feeling alone and a bit panicky.
You can relax that the Valerian Root is not harming you, but it also looks as if it is not helping either.
