I've recently been officially diagnosed with anxiety disorder. l am CONSTANTLY worried that l am going to die, have a heart attack, brain aneurysm, or something along those lines. l imagine what l would look like dead..basically my whole anxiety centers around my health. l have had heart tests/blood tests, all of that good stuff and everything is fine. My question is this, anyone have anything similar? If so, what do you do to make it better? l am currently taking Buspar 10mg 2x is daily. l wonder though, should l seek therapy? Has anyone had therapy for anxiety issues, and did it help?

l strongly recommend u look at psychotherapy, & cognitive behavioral therapy specifically. The type of anxiety, which may even be panic, is quite common & very treatable. You will need to understand the physiology of why u experience what u do, as our bodies give us important information & ur anxiety is information. You can learn ways of reducing & even eliminating the symptoms. btw, u might like to know that in the history of mankind, everyone who has panic feels like they might die & in that same time no one has ever died from panic. l am glad u r on the meds, but now go get some therapy to help u manage ur anxiety.
