l can not clean up my apartment, every time l get up to wash one plate (sink is full of dishes) l miss the internet and tv, l come back to watch tv.
my floors are covered with paper, couch full of clothes... what do l do? :( im practically crying.. l have not showered in 3 days, and have not been out since l smell awful.... :(

u need some meds or counseling.. your depressed girlfriend.. but at least you dont like your live being a mess

start out slowly wash the dishes bring in a tv and a dvd player

clean you clothes sort them keep on going after your done cleaning take a shower use perfume

get ferbreeze

see your GP about depression, it can make you live like this, do not worry there is help for you

u r depressed, because l am having the same PROBLEMS! l have been unemployed for over four months & my house is in need of some cleaning. Two weeks ago l cleaned my livingroom carpet & washed the windows--the carpet cleaner is still in the living room with the diry water! YUCK.and her l sit at my computer when there is stuff to CLEAN.if u do not feel u have clincal depression --then the first thing l would do is take a shower. l noticed if Ishower first thing in the am--i can do things.i have not showered today so that is why l have not done anything.boy problems, can make u depress---stay off the internet & do not watch tv: stay in the NOW world & start with that shower.if ur purple haze last more than two-three weeks u r going t need professional help

showering is a start, you will feel nice and clean after a shower.

Then get out of your apartment for abit, 3 days inside? id be going nuts. Go out for a walk or something then start cleaning up.
