Today, l was prescribed Xanax 0.25 MG 3 times a day...
l took the 3 and, now l am worried about everyone saying that seizures can be a result of NOT taking them...
l dont plan on taking them daily... Just when l have a panic attack!
Which is like 1 time every 3 months. Will l experience a seizure on the dosage l am on?

Probably not. They do not usually prescribe medications that have such a disastrous side effect. Consult your Physician or Pharmacist if you are worried but first look up Xanax in a ! web search for info on this med and its side effects.

No, l think seizures as a side effect is more for if you were to take it daily over a long period of time. 0.25mg is such a low dose, so you should be fine. I've never heard of seizures being a result of not taking them. You should not have any bad side effects with the rarity that you're taken them.
