My memory is getting really bad.

I am only seventeen but l am starting to forget things. It was not so bad at first, l would forget things that happened a week ago, but now l forget things that happened yesterday, and even things that happened earlier in the day. What is happening to me?

Oh gosh those are the signs of alzheimer is but then you are still young. Hm.. u should go see a doctor. R u getting enough sleep or stressed out? l heard walnuts are really for memory so try some.Hope you get ur memory back to normal.

That is a tough one. l am no doctor, but it is possible you're very distracted. Either that, or you simply do not care enough about the things you need to remember. Sounds like you've got a flaw. Write stuff down if you can.

Extreme stress? Do u struggle with depression? l believe long-term depression can cause memory problems. Do u suffer from sleep deprivation or an eating disorder? These could be contributing factors. How to improve memory:
-healthy balanced diet, exercise, & plenty of sleep
-cut back on caffeine
-mental stimulation: word search, sudoku, crossword puzzles, reading a book
-walking away from a stressful situation & doing something peaceful

lol do not worry about it your only making it worse thinking about it it happens to me all the time l send a message on my mobile(cell in america) and by the time its sent l have forgot who l sent it to its nothing honestly

l am in my 20s & have been forgetting things a lot too. l hate the question 'What did u do this weekend?' cuz l cant even remember yesterday! Someone told me to check the effects of aspertame (in diet sodas n stuff) cuz it screws with ur memory. It freaked me out cuz l have alot of the symptoms.one of which is memory loss.
This may not be ur case at all.. but l thought I'd pass on the message. just in case. This is one of the articles that was referred to me:
