Last night, before l fell asleep .
l felt really dizzy , l felt as if l was fighting for my life.
And that l was walking and trying not to fall.
And l cant even describe how powerful the feeling was.
What could have caused it?
Or what was it .. ?
l WAS NOT ASLEEP YET.
just closed my eyes, &l could feel everything when l had them closed .
I am fifteen , l dont drink . -__-''

Hmmmm it sounds like vertigo. l would go into the doctor
that or sleep paralysis, or where u drinking, or have u had to much caffeine???

l remember once my mom had vertigo & she would get really dizzy, & sometimes fall over, & like when she would close her eyes it would make it worse.

Sometimes this wild stuff happens to me. l wo not go into detail but l have had some crazy sleep experiences myself. It is all in your mind, l can assure you.

It is called Sleep Paralysis. Ive had it before and it is pretty freaky, but harmless.

sounds like to me you were having an outer body experience.

Sounds like you were in an hypnagogic state--it is where you're not quite asleep but you still dream, and you're aware you're still awake.

Weird stuff, but kinda cool.

were you drinking? usually when your drunk your really dizzy and cant walk around and you cant feel any emotion really. your just kind of blahh l guess.

that sounds really weird. . . but were you drunk. the fighting for your life part is kind of weird but if you were walking but have issues doing so and you were dizzy like that sounds like you were drunk. could you have done so and not realized or something? first timer . . . LOL but if you're serious and you know you did take or drink anything then l would call your doctor or something cause that would be weird without illegal substance LOL.

Sleep paralysis or a possible night terrors.

This can be caused by the following:

-Energy drinks
-Caffeine
-Too much exercising (If u do not normally do it, it stunts ur body & ur muscles give ur brain signals which resemble what u felt)
-Not ENOUGH exercising

This can be a symptom of:

-Emotional stress
-Epileptic tendencies (My doctor told me l had this & l did not even think this existed. It is not that l or anyone who is told this is epileptic, it is just that ur body does involuntary muscle movements & ur brain simulates situations in which u feel that way u do. I've felt like that, only l was not walking & trying not to fall, l was drowning & trying to breathe). l do not think it is an actual medical term, it is not permanant or a disease or anything; it can be caused by many factors in ur daily life. Mostly STRESS <-- That word comes up a lot.

It is nothing to be concerned about but if u do not think any of these satisfy you, then talk to ur doctor (who, most, will think you're crazy & WILL think it is psychological. He will send u to a psychologist, which WILL help.)

You should also try getting enough sleep. (Or if ur sleeping is irregular, it is also a factor in this type of situation)
