This is for research for an essay in my psychology class. This is a disorder of visual perception due to brain damage that l have not been able to find the name for.

What is it called when someone can not see it when something/someone moves? For example, when a person moves across the room and stops, it appears to the patient that the person was in one spot and is suddenly across the room.
