I've been on a mood stabilizer for a few months and now l usually get a regular nights sleep.
l use to go to bed at 3 or 4 a.m. and get up around 8 a.m.
Or go to bed earlier and wake up extremely early, like before 5 a.m.sometimes.
Now l usually get up no later than 8 and have a good amount of energy to get paperwork and/or even light housework done.
When it is about 2 in the afternoon, l crash.
All l wanna do is sleep for a couple hours.
l feel older than l am by about 20 or 30 years.
Does anyone else have symptoms similar to these?

Im 24 l have bipolar and adhd ive got meds but dont take them dont like the side effects if l go to bed before 12am l wake up after a hour or two but if l go to sleep after 2am l can sleep until 9 or 10am
