i'm usually a very happy person, but sometimes l get these days where l just feel sad and l do not know why. l do not get it often, but it bothers me when it happens.

l had depression at 14, after that ended l have an occasional day that im horribly depressed.

Oh honey, this happens to me a lot. Some days l will wake up and be so sad about nothing. l will be putting my make up on and l will just start crying. l usually try to think of something positive and it will stop. l do not know what it is but, l know it hurts. Have you ever talked to someone about this? Do you hold all your feelings in till you get to the ''breaking point''?

hon everyone has those days. even the people that do not like to admit it. Sometimes your not even aware of why you feel sad. you just do! It is a part of life. If you try to figure out why you probably wo not be able to anyways cause if you did you would know why you were sad to start with. Best of luck to you!
