l wanna see a psychiatric and therapist but l was told that l have to wait at the end of Nov to see a therapist and at the end of Dec. to see a psychiatric.Additionally, from others, we no more accepting patients Currently, l am not on medication because l need an advocate to verify information for me to continue taking med at low cost. l am graduate so l no longer receive health care insurance from the school.

Right now, l do not have insurance. l need to be on my med and may wanna add more. l live in Central Jersey.

welcome to the sucky healthcare system of the USA, you are going to have to wait your turn, like everyone else in this country.

Call social services and see if you can get one some kind of medical assistance, since you are no longer in school. If you have not gotten a job with benefits you may qualify.

See a doctor, they may be able to get you into a therapist sooner. If nothing else, contact the school, even if you have graduated - the health services may point you to a place that can help you sooner.

If you feel that you need help NOW l suggest that you check yourself into the psych ward in the nearest hospital. While you are in their you will see a shrink that will recommend to you someone to see about your condition. But in the mean time they might start you on meds to get your head a little more together.
l know how it is with being bipolar, hang in there and get the help. Good Luck.

Call that doctors office and tell them, you are not feeling well and they need to place you on a list to be called if another patient cancels their appointment so they can get you in sooner. And then you have to call them everyday ( just in case they forget) and ask if there have been any cancellations so you can go in. They will get tired of hearing from you and will try to get you in there. Let them know how concerned you are because you need your medication.
