How can a person acknowledge that circumstances are undesirable without being negative

ok, now l get what you mean!
We can think negative without being negative.

You can look at it from a view that is negative but you can the look at the positive out comes of X situation. Its not totally not negative nothing is, you cant be positive with out making a negatcriticismsism first just make sure positivetive out weighs the negative.

It is very hard not to let undesirable circumstances make u feel negative. Without knowing what the situation is it is hard to try to give u ideas on what to do.

You have to think about other things in ur life that r positive. Do not obsess about the bad things happening & try to think about the things in life that make u happy.
