Besides online research, try calling a crisis hotline and talking 2 them. they cant diagnosis you but it will help to talk it out.

i got diagnosed in the hospital a few years ago. treatment is a bitch, this is one of the hardest disorders to treat, but it CAN be done.

Read books like '' l hate you, do not leave me'' ''lost in the mirror'' things like that, all books on BPD.
