l feel so lazy and l have so much to DO! How do l get motivated to do it? Usually l am a clean person ETC but for the past week or so l do not feel like doing anything! Why am l like this? How do l get some motivation/energy?

Try to make cleaning fun! Listen to music.
Make it into a game?

My mom usually watches movies and everytime there is a commercial she races to see how much she can get done. =]

l so feel u on this question, for example l have a gym membership & when l first started l was like l am going to lose x amount of weight & be really healthy & since then the motivation has worn off & im like l cant be arsed, like l will have a sauna, steam room but the thought of working out makes me think sod it, christmas is near l couldnt possibly resist a mince pie lol

All joking aside l think a good motivation is someone u can trust to accompany u with whatever u feel like doing then u know u cant let them down if u make plans to go for a jog or something, l also think this place here is great because there r sooo many like minded people on here who offer advice & give u an instant boost, maybe u could buddy up with someone on here?

l think stress is a factor too, say u r working full time, why would u feel like exercising or doing anything after? people get drained from it & l do to.

l know l want to look good in the long run so im pushing myself slowly but surely to sod the sauna for abit & use the treadmill instead hehe.

its just a frame of mind really & once u have a goal in mind l think u will be alright for doing whatever u want to do

*Oh yeah music is everything to me so l will listen to songs that l know will make me feel good anything from Neyo to Girls Aloud lol just anything that reflects what ur feeling & listen to it, its a great way of motivating yourself
