l live in montreal, quebec, Canada and was wondering where l could buy St John is Wort tea or pills???
is it safe for a 15 y.o?
we have walmart, jean coutu (drug store), Pharmaprix (shoppers drug market(drug store))

In America, it is in any drug store. l would think it would be the same up there.

You could try a Whole Foods or Wegmans style grocery store (with a huge tea collection) for the tea.

Walmart should have it too. Do u guys have something like Walmart?

EDIT: l do not know if it is safe for a 15 year old. Ask ur doctor. Just because something is an herb does not mean it is harmless. Just so u know, if u go on anti-depressants later, u need some time to get the St. John is Wort out of ur system because it will interact with the drug. Ask ur doctor that too. if u can take St. John is Wort with ur current medications (if u have any).

Any place u could get vitamins u should be able to find it.
