l am a very sensitive person and when-ever someone argues with me at work, afterwards l cry.

l freak out when my clients holler at me - l am a mortician.

l cry all the time. It helps you if you honestly react the way you feel. Not necessarily cry, but explain why you feel so upset. You should avoid crying though, because often people take it as a weakness.

Yes, but l do not cry in front on anyone.

l cry for no reason at all sometimes. However, if l am crying because someone is argueing with me, it is usually because l feel so very strongly about my point of view. Maybe that is what is going on. Anyhow, l hope that all is okay!

I've done this my entire friggin' life. It can be really embarrassing, especially since l get VERY red when l cry, so it is not like l can hide it saying that I've got allergies or something. Even if l was able to sneak off to cry in the bathroom, I'd come out looking like l just got out of the spin cycle. l have a lot of privacy at my current job ( l share an office with someone who is schedule overlaps with mine a total of maybe 6 hours a week), so it is a lot better now. And no one yells at me, no one argues with me, EVER. l like that l finally have found a supportive work environment. If people r arguing with u at work, maybe it is time for a new job. l know in this economy it might be a bad idea to switch jobs, though. l do not know what to say. You're not alone, & it completely SUCKS. And l do not care where u work, it is NOT ok for people to be disrespectful to you. Take gentle care of you. ((LT))

l work with homeless families so l generally cry at least once a day. l have clients that yell, swear & call me names. Although due to their frustration at their situation, l try not to take it personally.

l am also a cryer when l get frustrated. it stinks, but it also shows that we r human & have feelings.

l try to go to the restroom when l have to & l also keep eye drops in my purse to help with the redness. My co-workers must think l have terrible allergies though because l am always claiming everything is fine, it is just allergies.

It also helps that l have a co-worker that is also a best friend & we can go to each other an d have a good cry when we need to.
