most of the time when l have a test l get stress and l can not stop it...i'm not a lazy student but l do not know why it happen....most of the time i'm ready for the test but when l get stress l can not answer test Q well....any help?!?!?!

well having stress is quite normal, everyone has them- well except some people. having stress actually makes u study, but u must limit ur studying/revising. In order to study effectively, u must take breaks. l tend to study so what l do is that l study for 45 mins & take a 15min break. then study again for another 45 min & take a 15 min break.. & study more if it is a big test (Exam).

By organising ur time u wont be stressed in the exam, u will jst be stressed before the exam, since if u had studied well you'd be finding yourself answering easily (although some hard ones can come along).

One tip.. Since l study about 1 or two days before the test (even though l am a high honour student).. l would advise u to study several days before, this way u can ask questions from the teachers, call up friends or meet up, & work on the harder things while revising together. this will diffenately take stress away since u will become more confident from revising more & effectively.
