l think l should talk to someone. l just do not know who, or how? l have been going through the toughest times of my life for the past few years.It is been bottling up inside me and l do not really know how to deal with it.l can not speak to my family as the problems involve them. l was thinking of Kids Help Phone, but l do not know if l wanna share my personal feelings with someone l do not know.l have serious trouble letting people in. l want to, but l just back away. l wanna tell my friends, but l just can not.They have a glimpse of the situation but l have never been able to fully tell anyone what is going on.l wanna tell one of my teachers, but I am not sure if he'd be ready for something like this.l feel like l can trust him, but l still do not know him that well. l do not know what to do...
