Nothing that bad has happened to me. Why is it that l feel so depressed?

maturing? puberty? idk, l only get depressed when something bad or sad happens to me.

How old are you? That might explain part of why you're feelilng the way you do.

Sometimes people just get depressed for no reason they can see. When that happens, sometimes it is caused by something they're not aware of right away, but the answer may come to you later on when you look back at what happened in your life around the time you first started to feel down.
