l have a football match coming up and I am extremely nervous.

Can Someone tell me various ways of calming my nerves?

Because at the moment it feel as if theres a million butterflies in my stomach.

Getting nervous before a sporting contest is perfectly normal. l used to coach my nephews travel baseball team, & although he was one of the best players, he would get so nervous, he would throw up before every game. As l told him, you've prepared for the contest, by practicing, getting nervous about it, will only hurt ur performance. Just relax, & do the best u can do!!!! We would talk about things on the drive to games, anything but baseball. Try taking ur mind off of the upcoming games!!!!
