No. you should be glad you do not worry a lot. excessive worry is debilitating.

not at all. l think that is very good.. at least you can stay calm under stressful situation. that means that you are a strong person and you dont sweat the small stuff. You are perfect to me.lol l wish l could be like that..

So you want to worry more? Worrying sucks, enjoy not worrying.

However l think you might be on to something, if you are too dettached that can be a problem. Do you make a lot of bad decisions and not care? Yes, that could be a disorder of some sort. Psychopaths, sociopaths come to mind.

Worrying about not worrying sounds like rubber room city LOL. It is really a question of proportion which only you can answer. If there are very large issues you are not worrying about than denial comes to mind. You do not have to worry about everything, and balanced very mentally healthy have that trait. Are you giving up on yourself? Seems biggest concern.

maybe you have taught yourself to not face up to problems. if you are no worried about big issues then there might be some denial or inability to face the truth. it is good if you can ignore minor issues and small problems because they will get solved by themselves.

Can l take ur question to mean that u r having trouble addressing serious issues in ur life because u can not find motivation through the normal worry that most people experience?

If u r on meds for depression, specifically the kind that elevate Seratonine and/or Dopamine, or perhaps anti-anxiety meds u should ask ur doctor about this problem. It may be that ur dose is too high.

If not, then ask some friends about how much they would worry if they faced the same sort of problems. If it appears that ur level of worry is a lot lower, then u should get screened to see if something is amiss.
