l take zoloft, and have thought about what youre asking.The only thing l have found is that perhaps a well balanced diet with plenty of protien will give you the best chance. Also, l saw a direct reference to turkey and banana.

l know for me l used to workout..running, weights.. yoga.. aerobic classes.. bike riding.. It brightened everything up for me.. Mind you l want diagnosed with clinical depression. l did suffer from drug addiction and suicidal thought.. Try physical activity
