l think l got it mild because l have the Habit of checking my living room door when l leave as soon l pull out of my drive way, l get out and check my door like 2-3 times to make sure its lock, the other one is l all ways empty my ash trays even if there empty already,then l always have the fear something bad is going to happen to me at times. plus l do other little things with that.

so there is a chance l got a mild OCD?

You might do, im hoping you do not though coz l do the same! l have to get inside before my cars timer goes of and if l do not l pretty much have a panic attack! and Everyday l sweep the doormat coz if there is dirt on there im scared l might not see a spider or something that could bite me. l just thought l was silly and always scared.
