so ive been depressed and stuff my mom calls me a lazy piece of crap all the time and my brother abuses me by punching my he calls me fat ugly and gay and gays not bad all sisters get called that and l get picked on at church cuse the way l dress and l think l do not belong here.

Go talk to a counselor at school and see if they can get you a referal to health care provider, who can help you with your depression.

Talk to someone you really trust or go see a doctor.

paint a picture
write a poem describing the sun
clean ur room
rearrange ur room
delete files off the computer
call an aunt or uncle or just plain relative
make someone u dont know a penpal!
